By booking a place at one of our tutored or untutored workshops or events, you note and agree to the following terms of service.
- The workshop is intended for adults and we are not covered for under-18s. If you have queries, please contact Deepwell Arts to discuss.
- The materials and prompts needed will normally be provided by the tutor unless otherwise stated.
- For all our events and workshops, feel free to bring ideas or photos of your own that inspire you.
- Many of the activities will be messy, so bringing an apron is recommended.
- The session will run if the minimum number of participants are signed up 5 days before the workshop. In the unfortunate circumstance of us having to cancel, your ticket will be refunded.
- Refunds are not normally permitted, but may be considered on an individual basis up to 5 days before the workshop. See our Refund Policy for more details.
- For Deepwell Arts @ Hunsdon House Garden School note that parking in Headington can be expensive, so you are advised to walk, cycle or take public transport. The Thornhill Park and Ride is recommended for whole day workshops and less than 10 minutes to Headington on the 400 bus (£4). On weekdays there is a 2-hour parking limit on Osler Road.
- Deepwell Arts operates at different venues and places are booked on the understanding that you are able to travel to the venue where the event is happening.
- In order to promote the activities of Deepwell Arts, you and your creations may be photographed and these images may appear in social media and on our website. You are able to opt out of this at the event. Please talk to the tutor on the day.
