Bringing arts and crafts to your local neighbourhood
Click on the booking link to find out more and book your place at one of the events on this page. The regular pottery workshops are designed for adults and we aim for a calm and welcoming environment. At half-term and holidays we offer family sessions. If you have a query, please contact Frances directly.
This half-term is full of surprises at Armonia on Shaftesbury Road/Westcotes Drive. Monday 19th October to Wednesday 21st October, Deepwell Arts offers a pottery taster, fabric block printing and sgraffito tiles, and Armonia Music & Arts offers pottery painting.
With the launch of our new community organisation, Armonia Music & Arts CIC, we are delighted to introduce pottery painting to Westcotes. Select from our wide range of pottery items (bisque-fired already), sit yourselves down and get painting. The pottery will be glazed and fired again and ready for you to collect in just a couple of weeks. All the fun of painting plus your own glazed item costs just £10 per person. Groups of friends, and accompanied children welcome. Book your seat at Paint a Pot at Armonia now!

The workshop list is growing, so subscribe to my mailing list for updates – send a message to frances@deepwellarts.com with your email and physical address so I know which venue is most suitable for you.
Pre-booking is required for most events. Contact Frances directly to book a one-off or special event such as a group awayday or community event – a pottery party or similar, for instance making clay animals, ceramic vases or decorating tiles. Also if you want to buy a gift voucher.
Deepwell Arts in Leicester works in partnership with Music Steps Ltd. We have joined forces in a community organisation Armonia Music & Arts CIC from September 2026 and will be bringing you many creative and cultural events over the coming months. We also run a small shop where you can buy unique gifts and craft kits.
