Refund Policy

Workshop cancellation or postponement

If we are not able to deliver the workshop on the specified day, or where there are not sufficient participants signed up to attend, the event may regretfully be cancelled. In the event of this happening, you will be entitled to a refund of the core ticket price. The booking system fee is unfortunately non-refundable

If you are unable to attend

Please contact Deepwell Arts with a summary of your situation and reasons for the request for refund or return and it will be reviewed.

All other circumstances

Each case is considered on its own merits.
